It was a rather short visit (10 minutes vs advertised 30 mins - from the time I came in to the time I left). When I asked them if it is expected they started making all kinds of excuses ("30 mins is recorded on their timesheets", "it includes waiting time"(what?? are you gonna make me wait next time from the appointment time we agreed on?), etc).
Overall, I regret I have 5 more treatments with them. I don't expect any results anymore bc they did not process the hair removal area in full.
In this situation, what I expected as a customer is reassurance that I will be looked after better next time. Unfortunately, they took it way too personally and turned it into the game of excuses. If I could I would refund the remaining treatments, such a shame I got them via groupon with no refund policy. Groupon "discount" is a lie - it was definitely never priced at the full price, even discounted price is not fair for 10 mins door-to-door they offer
