The clinic overall looks nice and clean, the receptionist is friendly and helpful . I had an appointment for semi-permanent makeup for my eye brows and I was not entirely happy as the result was not what I expected. I thought nothing can possibly go wrong as the shape of eyebrows are not as difficult as eyes or lips, especially if I do not want to change the shape of my real eyebrows. But the result I have is two different eyebrows, one repeating the shape of my own and the other one is slightly higher. I now have to pluck it constantly and this is not what I wanted. Also she did them too close together and I now look like I am frowning or angry...wanted to do my lips and eyes but do not want to risk it now.

The clinic is clean and the staff friendly. The actual treatment (half leg) is not finished yet so I can’t say how well it is working. I had another type of laser done on the underarms and it seemed more effective but apparently this LED laser takes more sessions for longer lasting results. We will see then!
