I am very disappointed I thought I have to have a little hair for the laser removal because my friends told me that was ok like this and as I haven’t been told the opposite when I first came at the clinic , I did so.I supposed to do the underarm and bikini line , but i have been charge 10 pounds for shave me the underarm area..is unbelievable and I couldn’t do the bikini line because it was not without hair at all and she told me that she couldn’t shave me the bikini line or even me just because if I get any cut I could blame the company I don’t understand so the underarm yes but the bikini line no? In a place where you use lasers,wax and different kinds of treatments? Anyway as I mentioned i left the hair grow a bit specially to came because I thought it was like that , so I felt really bad..
I asked if I could do it then in other area instead of the bikini line to don’t lose the purchase but she told me no.. when I didn’t pay for a specific area I pay for sessions , is true that I said once I bought it that I prefer in this area but looking i couldn’t do it today I just didn’t want to lose my money..I just say that I felt very bad at the clinic today and sometimes you should be flexible with customer because as I said at the beginning of the visit I was going to buy more sessions and actually I wanted to select some treatments for the face as well as I have acne and I saw you have so many options, also my friend was interested in go to the hair removal, but we wanted to see first how this clinic was but after this I will not buy any more session and of course I will not recommend it, for only 10£ you lose 2 customers, just as advice for whoever own this place.

My last three sessions ware great with Ruta,
but unfortunately last time I had a girl named Yva for the first time, which rush my full legs session for 6 max 7 mins instead of 40 mins!
Im not happy because I know from previous ladies how carefully and repeatedly they do the area and what is the point coming and rushing if there is not going to be any results in the end !?!?
