Went in for my patch test. Receptionist was lovely as was the lady - Greta who did the patch test.

Treatment and beautician are both great. The only reason why I am not putting a 4 overall is because when I called to let the receptionist know I would be 2-3 min late as I was stuck in traffic, she was very rude to me telling me I should hurry as they may have to cancel my appointment if was too late...! The beautician subsequently apologised and explained the reasons that drove this behaviour. I would say the service is great if you are always on time but if you are not, don’t even try to go there...(fair enough!)
