Very disappointed and not satisfied with the service after spending so much money on laser treatment

I was not happy with the Beautician, she was so scared to even touch the body parts for laser. Hardly quality time spend on treatment. It was meant for 90 minutes, but was done and dusted in 70 -75 mins, even after when I was on time for treatment. I am absolutely dissastified
