This place must be fake.When I arrived at the venue, I phoned and phoned the number advertised by Treatwell, to ask the lash technician to let me in. The phone was switched off. The number advertised is 07487543406. I also tried 07908033597,which is the number advertised on the Lovely Lashes Website. The person kept cutting the call and texting me the words,”No. I don’t do eyelashes”. Then later texted,” I’m on my way”. I waited outside the building for two hours, nothing! Expecting refund ASAP

I arrived at the selected time, having texted her prior to confirm, however had to wait. My appointment was cut short by 1hour as I assume she had double booked appointments, leaving me with lashes unlike the ones I had booked. These have not stayed in for longer than a week and despite my dissatisfaction with the result, she was not able to finish the lashes I wanted due to another customer waiting for their appointment.
