The therapist, Martyna, was friendly and my appointment started soon after I arrived. The spa is easy to find, quiet and clean. I had a Brazilian hot wax, which was quick and almost entirely pain free :) It’s great to find a good local spa with affordable prices! I’ll definitely be going back.

Very unprofessional treatment from members of the staff.
Lack of credibility and respect towards clients rights, time and experience.
I booked my appointment for 3pm on the app. After a few hours I received a called when one of the staff asked me if I could make it 4pm instead. I said ok and asked to receive an email with the changing of schedule. Haven’t received anything.
When the day came, I tried to call the spa center a few hours before, to ask if it was actually confirmed for 4pm since I haven’t received any emails, and no one picked up for the whole afternoon.
When it was 3:15pm I receive a call from another member, questioning me where I was. I explained the situation and she said if I could make it to the spa in 15 minutes, then I could have the treatment.
I left my meeting in a rush to get into the spa, and being there I waited 30 minutes to be approached by another member of the staff, saying that she didn’t know about the confusion and didn’t know what happened, and there were no one available for my treatment.
I asked why there was no one to pick up the phone and that I was really frustrated by all the inconvenience they made me suffer, relocating and making me waste my time.
They reschedule the treatment for another 2 days later and said they would send an email this time with the confirmation. And guess what? YHEY NEVER DID.
They still mentioned they didn’t know what happened and there is never anyone at the reception to pick up calls because they’re always inside the rooms giving treatments.
Total lack of respect and responsibility towards clients. The most unprofessional treatment I have ever received from Treatwell.
This SPA doesnt respect customers and lack of credibility.
