AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I arrived for my Spa treatment at 3pm and was told that my treatment had been cancelled. No one had even bothered to call me in the morning to save me the wasted journey to the Spa Centre. I paid in full for my treatment, in advance and 4 days later no one has the decency to make contact with me regarding a refund or my treatment. The service I received has been really poor. Save your money and time and go somewhere that you are valued.

My massage was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moberly to friends. The only snag was that my treatment was rescheduled twice the day of the appointment due to double booking errors and staff illness. Other than that thoroughly enjoyable!

Great facilities- the treatment room was really clean and spacious. The beautician was very knowledgable, did a great job and gave me good tips.
The only thing I can fault is that there weren’t any baby wipes in the room to freshen up - most salons that do waxing will offer wipes and it’s really useful to have.

A very basic small spa, sauna gets too hot when sit on upper seat or low on other seat, steam room quite hot comparing other places i been, limited showers mixed with males, but customer service and cleanliness was good.
