AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I arrived for my Spa treatment at 3pm and was told that my treatment had been cancelled. No one had even bothered to call me in the morning to save me the wasted journey to the Spa Centre. I paid in full for my treatment, in advance and 4 days later no one has the decency to make contact with me regarding a refund or my treatment. The service I received has been really poor. Save your money and time and go somewhere that you are valued.

My massage was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moberly to friends. The only snag was that my treatment was rescheduled twice the day of the appointment due to double booking errors and staff illness. Other than that thoroughly enjoyable!
