It wouldn't be my first choice for a relaxing facial, and the staff sometimes seem unhappy, but in the end it was a good facial which is what I'd signed up for. Going back because it was very good value.

Nice massage rooms once in the spa. It's a sports centre so obviously not going to be the most amazing 'spa experience' but the massge was still excellent and great value for money
