It’s been five years since my last wax, and I expected it to hurt, and it did! But Laura was very professional, very knowledgable about her craft, and helped put my mind at ease and make the experience/ordeal as comfortable as possible! Laura also helped me to make an informed decision as to whether I try laser hair removal in the future. Came away delighted with the work, level of professionalism, and friendliness. Thrilled with my first visit, and will be rebooking!
