The sauna was out of order and apparently it has been like that for the past month. It was extremely packed with men and women and extremely loud. The worst experience ever.

It wouldn't be my first choice for a relaxing facial, and the staff sometimes seem unhappy, but in the end it was a good facial which is what I'd signed up for. Going back because it was very good value.
