I can not fault the therapist she was great, one of the best massages I have had. The spa was great and I loved the heated mattress. Unfortunately the experience was overshadowed when I saw an email after that they couldn’t honour my booking or the time slot (this was sent 45 mins before the booking) as I had not see the email when I arrived the therapist honoured what I had booked. If a client has to give 48 hours noticed I would expect the same from the venue. It would make me think twice about booking with the venue again due to the lack of communication at such short notice.
