Sara was a really knowledge and friendly masseuse who guided me through each part of the massage and helped bring into context the importance of lymphatic drainage for sports as it was not something I was too familiar with. Sara answered all my questions thoroughly and allowed me to feel comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend Sara to a friend or family and will be retuning myself soon.
