ML clinic has been out of business for a while and you are still selling appointments for her on treatwell and I’ve paid £35 and turned up at an address given that she’s no longer living at and therefor have had no facial. I have written a complaint to you asking for a full refund and Doa who’s account you still have active has also emailed you asking you to refund me as she claims she does not have my money. I expect a full refund.

I have had facials with Doa and always go back as she's great. She is so skilled at what she does and always gives tips on how to maintain your skin. My skin looks amazing afterwards! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
