Unfortunately unsure as to where the 5* reviews have come from. The room was dirty, I had a lash lift and brow lamination. Neither look good. My lashes aren’t lifted, the eyebrows are nothing like the photos I’ve seen on their page, I have thick corse eyebrows so should be the perfect customer for lamination, the hairs are all in different directions and the brows are uneven. The tint is all over my brows. To top it off, I paid £120 for this privilege.
