When I got there they were surprised to see me. The therapist had gone home even though there was two later slots I could have picked for my booking. Had to wait 10 minutes or so for her to come back to the salon. Had told the therapist that I have a pain from tightness in my back hence why I’m here and don’t feel my muscle was worked to relieve this today . The music player was quite static . It’s a shame booked to treat myself but was unfortunately let down on this occasion. 7/10
