Fantastic treatment! Really appreciate how specific with targeting my problem areas it was. Felt listened to and understood!
The only way I’d improve it would be a dimmer light in the room as the bright lights do make it slightly harder to relax. But that’s only a small thing! Everything else was perfect :)
