Terrible experience. Booked a 60 minute facial hoping for a relaxing treatment. Felt anything but relaxing and made me feel anxious and upset. Extraction was performed using bare hands and tissue paper, no sterilised equipment. Instead of a relaxing atmosphere the ex-partner of the therapist was in the room next door and was having a coughing fit, talking on phone and slamming doors; this was combined with stories and profanities that I did not ask to hear inc. about recent missed flights. Avoid

Rossana is a wonderful therapist — she pays amazing attention to detail, uses great products and makes me feel really comfortable. I am so happy I found her! Rosanna gave me an absolutely excellent massage - probably one of the best I've ever had! She is really great at her job. She is clearly really experienced and talented. However, there was a bit of an awkward "mask negotiation" at the start. I totally get that deep tissue especially is a very active massage, and she did try to be accommodating, but I think I would have felt more comfortable if there was no discussion at all and the mask was worn from the beginning through the appointment.
