Rosanna gave me an absolutely excellent massage - probably one of the best I've ever had! She is really great at her job. She is clearly really experienced and talented. However, there was a bit of an awkward "mask negotiation" at the start. I totally get that deep tissue especially is a very active massage, and she did try to be accommodating, but I think I would have felt more comfortable if there was no discussion at all and the mask was worn from the beginning through the appointment.

I had a Hollywood waxing and the waxing is great and effective. She made it comfortable and quick. Will return again for sure.
