My first deep tissue massage and God was it needed!! Rachel is AMAZING and talked me through everything, made me feel instantly comfortable and checked in on me consistently to make sure. Very knowledgeable and supported me with different exercises/recommendations for other issues. Studio lovely and cosy and conveniently located.
