Excellent!!
Rachel went above and beyond, just the right pressure used for my needs, an explanation was given before treatment commenced. Lots of knowledgeable advice given at the end of treatment.

I'd never had a deep tissue massage before and decided to try as I had been experiencing lots of tension and tightness. Luckily this is Rachel's expertise!
She concentrated on all the areas she found and worked really hard to remove the many knots I had. Bless her, some were really bad.
She regularly explained the technique required and checked whether pressure used was ok.
Went home, slept well and as she said I would really feel it the next day! I've really noticed how better I feel
