This is the first time in a long time that I have had a proper massage. Rachel worked all of my muscles and I felt the difference almost immediately. I slept like a log that night as my muscles were so relaxed. I will definetely be back.

Rachel is very accomplished - I had a deep tissue massage, which as she says is not for the faint hearted. As she predicted, I am still aching a day later but I can feel that my muscles have really loosened up. Rachel is friendly and professional. I recommend her!
