Rachel is clearly a very experienced therapist and knew exactly what to do with all my knots and areas of tension. The one hour session was really worth it, and my upper body feels better than it has in a long time. My muscles and tissues feel released and full of movement.

I've been to Rach a number of times now. Her massages are amazing. She listens to your concerns and really focuses on any areas you are having issues with. A really good deep tissue massage that leaves you feeling amazing afterwords! She is so knowledgeable and if a really good deep massage is what you want or need, she's who you need to visit! In saying that, she will always regularly check if your doing okay and if the pressure is okay. Highly recommend and will be back myself again soon.
