I have been suffering with sciatic and shoulder pain for a number of weeks before I went to see Rachael. I have been to see her before and it had helped. My return visit was great. The massage has really helped and my shoulder pain has gone and the sciatic pain really reduced. She checked with me throughout the massage that I was ok with the pressure. She also advised me in relation to stretches that I could do to address the sciatic pain issue. First rate service. Thanks Rachael.
