The head spa and massage was great, really enjoyed it after seeing so much online. The experience wasn’t what I expected as I believed it to be a calm space (spa like) but hearing radio music in the background and staff talking to each other was distracting. The hair drying at the end was rushed with no products used (heat protection or serums) Overall not bad, not great
