The salon is nice, the staff are nice and friendly but unfortunately I had an issue with the cut. It’s been rectified with a refund and I have had a good cut here previously so I suppose it’s just bad luck.
Staff were clearly very sorry for the issue but you can’t do much once hair has been cut too short.
Be very clear about what you want and ensure you and the stylist are on the same page.
