Staff were lovely however the fire alarm went off midway of blowdrying my hair and then the blow dryer wasnt used to fully dry the remainder of my hair. I have 3c/4a hair type and half of my hair was still curly especially at the roots after the keratin treatment. The straighteners would sizzle when attempting to seal the keratin in which is a clear indication that my hair wasnt dry. Appreciative of last minute booking. but left disappointed.
