My gel manicure has already started flaking off.
Very disappointing and it hasn’t lasted a week.
Called to cancel and refused to action or message as agreed to confirm cancelled. Rude and unhelpful staff who called to cancel last minute as had decided to close early. Refused to action anything on their side for the cancellation and the member of the team was very rude and unhelpful. Also refused to confirm if the mobile I was contacted from was a personal or business phone when highlighted did not match the business phone.
I love these ladies! I have been using them for years, sometimes their concession disappears. As soon as they are back I start getting my eyelash extensions again. They look so natural. The ladies want you happy so will fix any issues. They are polite and talented
