I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted with Semina and was delighted with the results. She gave them a great shape and tinted them well - I am fair and sometimes the tint can be too dark if left on too long but Semina timed it perfectly to give me the look i wanted. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends
pedicure looks nice enough but some steps described for the treatment online were skipped.
Very unprofessional. The place is a mess, the owner having discussions with the staff in front of everyone, booked the appointment and when I got there they didn't have anyone available for me. It's messy, looks like no one knows what they are doing. Disappointing! From the price and the place I was expecting something with better standards and costumer service. Don't recommend!!
For such a great location inside of Westfield, I think the staff need to be more professional and not treat you differently if you booked via Treatwell.
Service is mediocre, just about satisfactory. They don't really listen to what you want.
