The member of staff was lovely however, I wasn't very happy I thought I'd be paying £30 and ended up paying £42. The quality of the nails was not what I expected, expecially for the price I paid.

The venue was extremely cold one heater was set directly for the staff doing the manicure. We asked for a heater and it wasn’t effective
