I walked in and I was 10 minutes late. I apologised for my lateness. She took my coat and hung it up for me. And directed me to the room. She didn’t introduce herself, she just told me to take my pants off and let her know Im done. During the wax, instead of ripping the wax off she was peeling it 😓. The worst waxing experience I’ve had and I’ve been getting wax’s for 5 years
