Didn’t meet professional standards. Cuticles weren’t pushed back, gel was thick and uneven, and several nails were crooked. Pedicure colour didn’t match fingers initially. Despite spending hours in the salon and multiple corrections, manicure still needed fixing elsewhere. I requested a refund for the manicure, but the salon refused. Made to feel like my concerns weren’t valid.

The place is lovely and the staff are very welcoming. I explained clearly want I wanted feathered at the front to shape my face, straight cut at the back and layered fringe. When I was getting my hair washed I got wet several times and my scalp was burnt. The head massage was lovely. Unfortunately the hairdresser has no technical ability and ignored my requests..Again during my hair being dried she burnt my scalp again. The haircut is awful and I shouldn’t have to explain how to cut hair.
