Lovely team and pretty salon, but didn’t get what I wanted (a trim & medium layers). I was told that we shouldn’t go short in the back- I’ve had layers before & I know what she meant but I assured her I’m happy as long as it starts mid head like the inspo pic I showed but she didn’t agree so I just gave up. I ended up with barely any layers, very subtle face framing, and I’d asked for a blowdry with flicked ends but they just used straighteners which defeats the whole point of a blowdry :(
