The quality of the wax wasn’t great and the beauty room wasn’t clean or well organised. The staff approach was a bit odd, not particularly professional especially considering the price.

Misha is absolutely lovely and attentive,
I think some basics around timing of appointments and cleanliness of utensils could be approved. I would visit again though
