Micha was lovely and very chatty. Final outcome of the wax was good, but salon could do with a deep clean. Door was left open during the wax, which I found slightly unnerving, but I don't think there was anyone else in the building, and the front door was locked. Was lying directly on plastic bed, rather than on clean tissue like I'm used to.
