The salon was closed when I arrived on time for my appointment. She arrived 5 mins later but wasn't ready so my treatment started and finished later than scheduled.
The salon wasn't very clean. Things left out from the day before and generally quite musty and untidy. I didn't see her wash her hands. So I didn't have a nice impression even before she started.
I had eyelash extensions removed - seemed ok but she touched my face more than is usually required.
It wasn't a very comfortable experience
