I paid £50 for a Ladies' Restyle Haircut and Blow Dry and was disappointed. I waited 10 minutes while Micha attended to another customer, and the salon smelled damp. She didn’t wash my hair, used a spray bottle, and the service lasted just 20 minutes. I left with an uneven bob, and her fix made it worse. I had to visit another salon in Dalston to correct it, leaving my hair much shorter than expected. While Micha seemed skilled at waxing, I won’t return for haircuts after this experience.
