I think that calling her hairdresser should be illegal! She had idea no idea what she was doing. From the very first moment when she was washing my hair (in a normal sink with a chair in the front, it seemed like a normal kitchen, not a hair salon) I had the feeling that it would be a disaster, soap all over my face, inside my eyes, the water was first boiling and then freezing. After this uncertain washing we moved to the second room to proceed with the cutting. What I asked was really simple: just cut off the split ends and layer it to give a little bit of volume. The result was, as I imagined, a disaster! After 20 minutes another client came for waxing and she started to be in a rush. At the end I left with my hair half wet, 20 pounds less, and in a really bad mood. I had to book somewhere else to fix my hair.

The premises were not very clean and it was quite messy and untidy. I was given a form to fill in and there were food stain on it... The treatment itself was fine and the lady was nice

Misha is a very nice lady but I had to leave before getting my hair cut I'm afraid to say. I booked to go here because of the price but ended up having to go up the road to a professional hair salon in the end which was the same cost as Misha's anyway! It felt like being in somebody's front room, I had to suggest my hair was washed before it was cut, and I didn't feel like the wash was done very well.
Misha didn't seem confident cutting my hair at all ( I have ordinary long straight Caucasian hair), and I had to remind her to ask me how much I wanted cut off my hair before she got the scissors out. At the point where I was asked to stand up for the whole appointment so that she could be sure to get the straight blunt cut that I wanted, I said that I didn't feel very confident my hair was going to get cut properly and that I would go elsewhere. She didn't protest much to this either which I thought was weird as well. A lovely lady, but all in all a very bad experience. I left with my hair stinking of soap!
The best wax I've had since I've been living here in London, very well done! Small venue but cozy and clean.
