I booked a toner for my hair. The salon called me to confirm my booking, the lady didn’t seem to know what a toner was and didn’t understand that I had already booked for that evening. After explaining that it was to tone down highlights she agreed to do it. I would’ve cancelled at this point had I not already paid on the app. It’s worth saying as well that on the phone she said that it would be an extra £10 if my hair was longer than 70cm. When I got there there was no consultation as in the description on the treatwell page, she just looked at my hair and then made up a ‘toner’ which turned out to basically just be bleach. My hair is dark brown and had highlights in it, my hair is now ginger with super bright highlights. At the end I said I wasn’t happy but didn’t trust them to fix it(not that they offered, they said the only thing they could do was make it even lighter). They also charged me an extra £15 despite my hair being shorter than 70cm, so the whole thing cost me £50 for a terrible job. I’m sure the salon is fine for manicures etc but do not go here to get your hair done.

The lady that did the waxing was really nice and made me feel comfortable, however the wax's quality was not great which made the removing rather painful and unfortunately not always easy..

My first visit to Misha for waxing and eyebrow threading and I will now be a regular at her salon. It’s not the fanciest in terms of decor, but that’s not the point. Misha is a great therapist and is warm, kind and welcoming so I didn’t feel self conscious at all and made the experience relaxing. The waxing was quick,efficient and not at all painful compared to others I’ve endured!
