Misha was nice and friendly, but the place is not very clean, appointment was late and there was no place to sit while waiting. She did the waxing with the door a opened as it was very hot and I felt very uncomfortable thinking that someone could come in at anytime... overall, not a very good experience. I hope she can improve as she is a nice lady.
