This was my first experience of booking through wahanda and I only made the reservation the night before my appointment. I have read some reviews (from other hair salons) where the salon has been unaware that a booking has been made via wahanda, so I was a little worried that this would happen to me, especially as I had booked so late.
However, the stylist immediately greeted me by name and was very friendly and professional throughout; I am satisfied with the result and would return.
