I was waiting at the reception when I was told that my appointment was cancelled ( they said that I cancelled, which was not true at all, I was shocked) and Treatwell never cancelled the appointment either or refunded me the money and I never cancelled anything. It was a lie, maybe the therapist wanted a time off as she wasn't at the clinic. Unreliable and horrible treatment of clients.

Eliana was absolutely lovely and did a brilliant job. She was so kind and put me at ease, the salon was very comfortable, and I was so pleased with my lashes. She consulted me at the beginning and gave me exactly what I wanted. I was also impressed with how quickly she did it. I would definitely come back.

Not a very relaxing experience if you’re looking to treat yourself for a facial. The place is in an office environment so it’s not well equipped or relaxing. I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting area, and was taken to a cold room for a quick consultancy where someone else was also having their treatment. Seemed kind of unprofessional and not very confidential. The facial itself used cold flannels and basic products I could have done at home with a face mask. Overall very disappointed.
