Turned up for my appointment and the salon was closed. Tried ringing the phone number and it just went to voicemail. Didn’t get any notifications beforehand that the salon would be closed

Dylan was great! I had long and thick hair which was overdue for a fresh haircut. He has done such a great job with hair :) my hair looks miles better than before!

Messi was lovely but it seemed like she didn’t really understand how to apply the BIAB gel and I must have had my hands under the light to cure about 40 times! She joked a few times about forgetting which nails she had done. The appointment took 2 hours (should have taken 1 hour) and I felt like my nails still weren’t probably dry. The red colour now looks uneven and quite bumpy. There was no atmosphere and the music was constant stop start. It was cheap but I won’t be back.

DO NOT BOOK - THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP I booked my nail apt during my lunch break (the only time I can get them done) After waiting for ten minutes I was told the woman who was meant to do my nails doesn’t work Wednesdays. Really poor service, avoid!
