For my manicure I was disappointed I did not get my cuticles done; in previous visits cuticles have been done. My nails were filed but not tidied which resulted in the shellac lifting in a few days. For the wax, I felt uncomfortable undressing with the girl in the room. The wax was then too hot and burnt me. Although quick (probably too quick), for the price and the service,, I wouldn't go back.

I highly recommend this place for threading: good value, and staff who really know what they are doing. I was late for about ten minutes, and they made no issues. The threading was not painful at all: she had really light hands, and finished off with some cooling aloe vera at the end. Very happy with my experience.

It was ok but I'm not sure I'd return. Staff were fine but not particularly friendly or inviting, the UV light for the shellac kept turning off and the nail technician stopped midway to do someone else's eyebrows without apologising or explaining to me. That said the handiwork on the eyebrow threading was excellent.

The kind lady put extra gel on my nails since they were so weak. Friendly service as usual and a smile on the woman's face constantly throughout my manicure.
