I arrived for my appointment at 11 and 45 minutes later I still hadn't been seen, nor did anyone explain why, or talk to me at all.
That said, the lady who did the waxing itself was really nice, and a really good job. So overall: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I made my booking for 2 pm and wasn’t seen until 2:25 pm! Other than that it was a good treatment
