I had an excellent back, neck and shoulders deep tissue with Nne Nne who was not afraid to apply plenty of pressure to address my very knotty back. It was intense but much needed and I feel better as a result - I'll be back!

There is no signage or reception- just a basement hallway. After waiting for sometime I was met by a therapist. My treatment started and it was so poorly done I had to question whether the therapist had done gel nails before. The manager kindly offered to restart the manicure for me. The pedicure was uncomfortable as there weren’t special chairs and it was just balancing feet on her lap and no work was done to my feet just a polish change. Was told I’d get a 50% refund but it hasn’t happened.

Nne was the best masseuse I have ever had. I can't imagine being massaged by anyone else now. Service was fantastic and I'm leaving the appointment feeling like a new woman!
