My deep tissue massage was incredible; alternative with reiki and pressure points. A suggestion would be the treatment room have dimmer lights & aromatherapy candles or similar etc. I do appreciate it’s usually a physio room as I’ve had treatment there before! Regardless, next day I felt amazing. The lady was so lovely, tentative, kind & thorough - highly recommend! It’s in a gym so for the fitness crew this would be an excellent post work (+shower!) experience.

Had a good gel nail manicure in a really convenient location for me. Lasted about 2 weeks. Would recommend getting more colours though!
