I had my treatment with Jasmin, who was lovely and friendly. It was my first spa treatment, it was very relaxing. Then venue was very clean, and I felt very comfortable. I would defintely recommend this venue, and the people who work here.

1st time head spa, was incredible. Just felt unprofessional with another therapist coming in and out of the room to have a chat and therapist answering calls within the treatment room. Was an amazing experience but not so relaxing.

Extremely poor sports massage, there was no focused release of knots in the areas I requested. The massage felt extremely rushed and random compared to others I have had at the venue. The service did not relieve the back pain and issues that I have.

I recently had the Japanese head and face luxury treatment with Dee. I had the most amazing experience with her treatment. The face lifting toning machine made such a difference to my puffy face. The red light treatment was also excellen.Dee was throughout the treatment explaining the benefits of every application. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed. The head and and face massage is one of the best I have ever had and I will be having the treatment more often . Thank you Dee.
