I had re-scheduled my appt. for 5:30 on Friday eve, even rang en-route to double check but left a msg. On arrival I was told that I was due there at 5 (although I had responded to the text message saying it was due at 5:30 as per the email) and that they’re about to close and had someone else in. Not helpful as I had a flight at 5am the next day. Appreciate not the therapists fault, but very frustrating and disappointing.

Lucy was great (as always). Mint has followed Covid rules very thoroughly and so it all felt very safe.
