I was left disappointed by salons actions. I used this salon for both hair and beauty treatments. I was due to have my appointment on the 3/05/25 but received a call 90 minutes before my appointment to say that they would have to reschedule because the appointment was never accepted by them, even though I rang about a query after booking the appointment and was told they could see the appointment and was receiving confirmation texts from Treatwell. So I have to wait a week to have treatment

The salon was so welcoming and friendly, the massage itself was incredible to get all the knots out my back! Laura has absolute magic hands will definitely come back!
