I am really pleased with the results of my highlights, the stylist did a really good job and was very friendly, I also had an eyelash and eybrow tint and shape that was also very good.
My reason for giving only an ok star is due to the fact that it was not made clear that the cost of the highlights did not include a blow dry and you have to have one as they will not rough dry? If you have to have this it should be included in the cost or automatially added as an extra cost? I had also booked a parcial thinking it was a T section to find out a T section was more again? very pricey compared to most other salans Iv booked through here, would have been happy with the cost if it had included a rough dry.
My hair looks no different if I get it blow dryed or rough dried so paying £25 for this is a complete waste of money? Its a shame as I would have gone back here regularily as they did a good job but it is on the high side pricewaise even without the blow dry that they say you have to have? Also the description of the eyelash and eyebrow treatment was also not clear and I was then going to be charged more for this too?
They did however agree not to charge me for the eyelash and brow treatment wich was good of them, just a shame everything wasnt made clearer beforehand.

I've been visiting Mint Spa for several years now and can highly recommend them for wonderful facials and massages. I always receive a friendly and warm welcome.
Always receive a first class service at Mint, can recommend Dan, Emma, Kelly & Alex for a haircut. The Team are always ready to offer advice and give ideas about hair styles/treatments/colour.
The Spa is also fantastic - I've had massages/waxing/manicures/pedicures/eyelash extensions/facials all of which I would highly recommend - staff very professional and you always come away feeling fantastic!
Also offer some great offers - off peak deals/hair colour sales etc - well worth a visit
